- Baby bed
We provide you with a baby cot free of charge, if you need one, just contact the reception
- Do not disturb sign
Please hang the “Do not disturb” sign on your room door if you do not wish to be disturbed.

There are around 120 television and radio channels available. Here is a small selection of the available channels.

Have you found or lost something? Our staff at reception will be happy to help you.
- Money & Valuables
For insurance reasons, we ask you not to leave any valuables, jewelry or money lying around in your room or vehicle.
We cannot be held liable for any valuables lost in your room.
Please use the safe in your room or leave your valuables in the safe at reception.
- Towels, bed linen change
We are happy to change your used towels every day. Please note the note in the bathroom. Please speak to us.
- Pillow / Duvet
If you would like a second pillow or another duvet, please contact the Reception.
We would also be happy to provide you with a pine pillow.
Wool blankets are available in the room.
- Mini-bar
Your room has a minibar stocked with a wide selection of drinks.
Please note the consumption of the items taken. If an unaccounted shortage is discovered upon your departure, you will be charged a supplementary fee of €7.50.
Please note that the minibar should not be used for open food items.
- Needle & Thread
At reception you can get needle and thread for small repairs to your clothes during your stay at the hotel. This way you can carry out small sewing jobs yourself quickly and easily.
- Safe
To keep your valuables safe, there is a safe in your room that you can electronically lock with an individual numeric code.
- Shoe shine machine
Our shoe shine machine is on the 1st floor in the transition building in front of the toilets.

- Souvenirs
In the reception area you will find a selection of souvenirs, including watches, jewelry and other gifts. You can easily buy souvenirs to remember your stay or bring home gifts for your loved ones.
- Power adapter & charging cable
If you need a socket adapter or a charging cable, do not hesitate to let us know at reception. We have these items in stock and are happy to help you.

If you would like to receive a fax during your stay, please provide our fax number +49 7803 6628.
As soon as we receive your fax, we will bring it to your room immediately.

- Alarm clock
To use our wake-up service, please report to reception by 9:30 p.m. We will make sure that you are woken up in time so that you can start your day as planned.
