- Night Watchman Tour
Experience the mysterious atmosphere of the city at nightfall as you stroll through its winding streets and immerse yourself in the past. Accompanied by an authentically dressed night watchman who sings traditional songs at a total of 12 stations, you will hear exciting stories from times long past.
The public tours take place at different times:
From May to July every Wednesday and Saturday at 22:00
From August to October every Wednesday and Saturday at 21:00
Participation in the tours is free of charge, the meeting point is the market square in front of the town hall. Advance registration is not required.

- The Gengenbach Advent Calendar
The Gengenbach Advent calendar is a unique experience that captivates thousands of visitors every year. The historic town hall of the picturesque town is transformed into a living Advent calendar during the Advent season.
Every evening in December, one of the windows of the town hall opens to reveal a lovingly designed picture showing a Christmas scene. Accompanied by atmospheric music and an enthusiastic audience, the opening of the window becomes a festive event.
