Since 1996, the town hall in Gengenbach has been a magical attraction during Advent: with its 24 windows, it is transformed into the world's largest Advent calendar house for great art. A success story based on a great idea, a lot of volunteer work and good contacts in the art world. This year, "paradisiacal" pictures by Olaf Hajek, one of the most renowned German illustrators of our time, are being presented.
